Subject: How Do I install Notes 7 Courses?
Feedback Type: Question
Product Area: Notes 8 Client
Technical Area: Install
Platform: Windows XP client
Release: 8.0
Reproducible: Always

Ok on my desktop I had Notes 7, I installed 3 online self study course. I then upgraded to Notes v8.0 and was still able to access the online courses.

I then got a thinkpad and installed Notes 8.0 on there and now I want to install those 3 courses as well. However, when I run the setup for them, it says "This needs to be installed on a Notes 7 client". I then thought maybe i can copy over the files on the desktop to the thinkpad and see if that works. It did partially because I was able to see the table of contents of each course, but when it loaded up, a message popped up saying "this course was not installed correctly, please reinstall it."

Is there a way I can get the v7 courses onto Notes 8? I dont want to uninstall v8, install v7 then install the courses, then install v8.
